Listen, Watch and Feel

We are living in an age when seeing is not believing. Our concept of the world can be largely manipulated by what we listen to, watch and feel through our sensory organs. As the advancing technology helps us see what we are not originally able to see, to listen to what we originally couldn’t hear, to feel what we originally couldn’t feel, the conceptual world that we live in is never the same.

In this ecological project, I tried to separate it into different parts, some being manipulative while others not. For the sound project, I record what it is at the Brooklyn Night Bazaar without too much later-on touch, trying to keep the originality in the work, whereas in the video, I tried to alter the way that the audience may feel by changing the background soundtrack, and bring it to another time and space.
